Jean Emmanuel Biriko (right), also known as Manoti, on trial for his alleged role in kidnappings in Rutshuru territory, eastern Democratic Republic of Congo. He was convicted and sentenced to death in May 2015. Kidnappings continued in the area after his arrest. April 15, 2015.
