Dervo Sejdic (right), a Bosnian Roma, and Jakob Finci (left), a Bosnian Jew, successfully challenged their country’s discriminatory constitution at the European Court of Human Rights. More than two years later, the Bosnian authorities have yet to end political discrimination against national minorities as the ruling requires.
