Satellite imagery from September 8, 2025, shows the widespread destruction of the two hamlets in Hoyyar Siri over time. Vegetation has regrown over areas that were previously burned, reclaiming much of the village. While none of the former residents have been able to return to their homes, three new structures appear in Bor Para hamlet, likely part of the Arakan Army checkpoint.
