Following the Arakan Army’s capture of 15th Military Operations Command (MOC-15) in the early morning of May 2, 2024, the Myanmar military forces withdrew from the camp and repositioned in Bor Para, the southern hamlet of Hoyyar Siri village and at the 551st Light Infrantry Battalion (LIB-551).
