Satellite imagery from August 28, 2024 shows the extent of the area razed and destroyed around the Netzarim Corridor created by the Israeli military in Gaza. In this area, the vast majority of buildings, including individual houses, high-rise residential buildings and universities have been destroyed, often by controlled demolitions or bulldozing. As of end of August 2024, the destruction continued north towards Gaza City and south towards Wadi Gaza and beyond.
