Satellite imagery of the site of the April 20, 2024, Israeli military strike in al-Mawasi shows significant damage and destruction to nearby structures. The site of the attack was within the boundaries of the “humanitarian zone” as defined by the Israeli military on December 6, 2023. These boundaries were in effect on the date of the attack.
