Nilima Islam, a 15-year-old girl with a hearing and speech disability, with her father, Nurul Islam, in front of their house in Bishwanath, Sylhet, holding in her hand her disability identification card. After their house was flooded, they sheltered at a neighbor’s home. Nilima’s father said she was terrified seeing the rising flood water.
