Individuals: No discount. All orders must be prepaid. No refunds ONLY
exchange
Libraries/Non-Profit Organizations: We offer a 20 percent discount on
orders of $20.00 or more, single title or mixed title orders.
Wholesalers/Bookstores: Please call or write our publications department
for a discount schedule.
Prices: Prices are subject to change without notice.
Returns Policy: Returns must be reported within ten days of invoice
date and returned within thirty days for any shipment received damaged.
Bulk orders: Please contact our Publications Department.
EXAMINATION COPY FOR COURSE
ADOPTION
We will provide an examination copy free of charge if the request is
printed on university or college letterhead and includes the course name
and estimated enrollment.Requests totalling more than $20 will be invoiced
after 60 days if no order is placed.
