Plocica—Scorched Earth (Part II)

A villager from Plocica despairs in front of his burning food storage shed. Human Rights Watch found widespread evidence that food storage units, granaries, cattle and other objects essential to the survival of the civilian population were systematically targeted for looting and destruction by Yugoslav forces.
