Croatia engages in illegal push back of asylum seekers and migrants who attempt to enter from Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina. Ethnic minorities, notably Roma and Serbs, regularly experience discrimination. The Croatian judiciary has made slow progress towards accountability for war crimes.
