Michael G. Fisch is the CEO of American Securities LLC which he co-founded in 1994. Prior thereto he was a partner in two private equity funds, a consultant in the Paris office of Bain & Company, and a professional in the Mergers and Acquisitions department of Goldman Sachs. Mr. Fisch is a Managing Member of the American Securities Partners’ series of private equity funds which, together with affiliates, have combined committed equity capital of approximately $15 billion and is involved with numerous American Securities affiliated entities.
Mr. Fisch is a Trustee of Princeton Theological Seminary and Board Member of Human Rights Watch. He received a BA from Dartmouth College where he is a Member of the President’s Leadership Council and an MBA from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business where he has been a guest lecturer since 2006.
