Blaire Palmer

Blaire Palmer is an Associate in the Communications Division and works in the Media Department on the global press desk at Human Rights Watch. She maintains HRW’s quality and consistency of published products and is a media liaison for the Technology and Rights Division.

Blaire is also a producer for HRW’s flagship podcast, Rights & Wrongs.

Prior to joining HRW, Blaire interned with the nonprofit Millions of Conversations where she supported the online campaigns team on hope-based messaging across all social media platforms. She earned her bachelor’s degrees in media analytics and international global studies from Elon University. She is based in Washington DC.
