    5

This young boy, shivering under a coat, was seeking refuge on the grounds of a Catholic seminary along with hundreds of other Tutsi during the genocide. Rwanda’s children, who are among the most vulnerable of all in a society that has been torn apart, are victims of widespread abuse and exploitation. © 1994 Corinne Dufka
