A Rwanda-backed warlord operating in eastern Congo, Bosco Ntaganda, will be headed to trial after the International Criminal Court’s confirmed charges of 18 counts of war crimes and crimes against humanity against him. This should pave the way for broader justice in war-torn Congo.
