
Mark Landsman - Director
Mark Landsman is an independent filmmaker whose recent work centers
around youth culture. He is the producer and director of PEACE OF MIND,
the first documentary to be jointly produced with a group of Palestinian
and Israeli teenagers.
The film won an Audience Award for
Best Documentary at the 1999
Hamptons International Film Festival and
was presented on the ABC News
program, "Nightline." A former Associate
Producer for KQED-TV in San Francisco,
he is currently producer for the ABC
Television program, "Children First." He
is also the creator and executive
producer of "move it!", a new children's
television series on dance, currently in
development with Disney. PEACE OF
MIND is his first feature-length
documentary.
Susan Siegel - Producer
Susan is the Co-Executive Director of Global Action Project and has
been designing and facilitating workshops and producing media on
coexistence and intercultural understanding nationally and internationally
for over eight years. She has been trained by a team of Palestinian and
Israeli coexistence facilitators from Givat Haviva, Palestinian Center for
Peace and Democracy, Kibbutz Hazoreah, The State of Israel Ministry of
Education, and Jerusalem University. She has participated in trainings of
the International Center for Cooperation and Conflict Resolution,
Alternatives to Violence Program, Resolving Conflict Creatively Program and
the Anti-Defamation League. Her expertise led her to be hired by many
peace-seeking institutions, including Seeds of Peace Camp in Maine.
