Senior Counsel, International Justice Program

Param-Preet Singh researches and advocates on international justice issues relating to Bosnia, the Democratic Republic of Congo, the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia, and the International Criminal Court. During her time at Human Rights Watch, Ms. Singh has written press releases, briefing papers, and reports on topics including the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia, the War Crimes Chamber in Bosnia, and the International Criminal Court. Prior to joining Human Rights Watch, Ms. Singh worked as a lawyer with the United Nations Mission in Kosovo  and in the Federal Department of Justice in Toronto, Canada. She is a graduate of the University of Alberta and McGill Law School.
